You can reset your password using the "reset it here"option. You then proceed.

2017 Device
Every volunteer need to be on Npower payroll before he/she can qualify to be given a device.
That's when Bank of Industry (BOI)will compile your names and place an order for your respective  device.
Always have it in mind that Npower will send you an SMS (which contains pick up location and date) whenever your device is ready for collection.
Afrione device will arrive before any other device. Because it is a good made product.

I'm yet to be enrolled
we cannot enrol you if we have not received you deployment schedule from the focal person.

Enrolled but not paid
We are currently processing your payments, you will receive your stipends very soon.

How can I change my PPA?
You have to apply for a possible transfer to a new PPA through the state focal person.

Can one redeploy from one State to another?
No, there is no provision for interstate redeployment.

To update your email address,
Send a mail to volunteersupport@npvn.ng icluding your full name, phone number and new email address.

Incorrect BVN
will have to send an email to volunteersupport@npvn.ng including your BVN slip showing the correct BVN number.

How can I do change of local government and residential address on my npower profile?
There is no provision to change local government of residence on your profile. This was used for your deployment and must remain the same throughout the course of the programme.

Please use the resign button on the portal and send an email to volunteersupport@npvn.ng for confirmation. Best wishes

Is anyone trying to extort you?
